Dr. Varian D. Harris is a transformative leader, faith-based entrepreneur, and community builder based in Atlanta, Georgia. Originally from Griffin, Georgia, he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership and Administration from Beulah Heights University, a Master’s Degree in Christian Ministry from Liberty University, and a Doctorate in Christian Education and Ministry Leadership. His passion lies in empowering individuals to overcome fear, embrace authenticity, and step into their divine purpose.

As the founder and CEO of Initiators Christian University—Where Faith Meets Innovation, Dr. Harris is dedicated to providing accessible and affordable education for individuals seeking to merge faith with marketplace influence. His mission is to equip and empower emerging leaders with the knowledge and tools to create lasting impact in their communities and industries.

Dr. Harris is also the visionary behind the Initiators Coaching Program, where he mentors and develops individuals through personal growth coaching, strategic leadership training, and marketplace ministry consulting. His work extends to LifeVision Consulting, where he specializes in coaching faith-centered men dealing with anxiety, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges.

Recognized for his leadership and contributions, Dr. Harris received the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris in 2021. He is also the author of Just Start: Five A’s To Overcoming Fear, a transformational book that guides readers through breaking barriers and stepping into purpose with confidence.
